03How it works

How an engagement works.

The order does not change. First an audit. Then a report that names the problems and the solutions. Then the work itself: automation, software development, and efficiency improvements.

Audit → Report → The work

01

The audit

What happens

Time spent on how the organisation works today. That means talking with the people who do the work, looking at the tools already in use, and tracing where effort is wasted or where a decision stalls.

What you receive

A clear picture of the current operation. The report is written from it. The audit is not a tour of tools for sale.

02

The report

What happens

The findings are written down. Problems are named as problems. Solutions are named as solutions, including where the honest answer is to leave something alone.

What you receive

A written report. It is the basis for any work that follows. It says what Friday Startup recommends doing.

03

The work

What happens

Automation, software development, and efficiency improvements, agreed from the report. The work is done with the people who will use the result.

What you receive

The change the report named: a working automation, a piece of software, or a process that runs with less waste. Not a ready-made product from a catalogue.

What is not fixed in advance

This site does not publish a price or a standard timetable. Both depend on what the audit finds. There is no package to buy off the page.
