Friday StartupBased in Dhaka

02Sectors

NGOs, garments, technology, marketing, and other local businesses.

The offer is deliberately wide. The sequence is the same in each case: an audit, a report that names the problems and the solutions, then the work. These are sectors Friday Startup will work in. They are not a list of clients.

01

NGOs

Non-governmental organisations carry a lot of work that is not the programme itself: reporting, donor documentation, and coordination between people and offices. An audit looks at where that time goes.

The report names the problems and the solutions. What follows, if the work goes ahead, is automation, software, or a change that makes the operation more efficient — scoped from that report.

02

Garments

Garment businesses run on production records, buyer communication, quality documentation, and planning. Much of that work is repetitive, and much of it has to be right.

Friday Startup starts with an audit of how those processes actually run. The report names the problems and the solutions. The work after that may be automation, software development, or an efficiency improvement.

03

Technology companies

Technology companies already build software. The useful question is still where the organisation itself is slow: tools that do not join up, work copied by hand, decisions that wait on a report someone has to assemble.

The engagement does not skip the audit because the client is technical. The report names the problem. Software development, automation, or an efficiency change comes after that, and only where the report supports it.

04

Marketing companies

Marketing companies move briefs, approvals, content, and reports. Delay often sits in the path between a request and a finished piece of work: chasing, copying, and rebuilding the same update.

An audit follows that path. The report says where automation or software would shorten it, and where a change to the process is the better fix. This is operational work. It is not a claim about creative results.

05

Other local businesses

The offer is deliberately wide. Other local businesses are in scope when what they need is an audit, a report, automation, software development, or an efficiency improvement.

The sector does not have to be one of the four above. The order of the work stays the same.
